About
Country Lane Estates is one of a few bare land condominiums in Alberta that cater to the recreational RV community. The condo consists of 290 individually owned RV lots, a beautiful 7000 square foot clubhouse with games room, great room for large groups or activities, a gym, laundromat, lounge, pool, washrooms, showers and much more. The park is open from April 1st to October 31st and consists of a mix of RVโs and park models.

County Water Usage Regulations ๐ฒ
Level II Water Restriction effective immediately
All Outdoor Water Use including watering lawns, non-commercial washing of vehicles, sidewalks, pads, exteriors of buildings, filling of hot tubs or Jacuzzies and recreational use of sprinkles and water toys is restricted to the following schedule:
Watering may occur only during the hours of 6 - 9 am or 7 - 10 pm
Odd numbered addresses may use water: (Addresses ending in 1, 3, 5, 7, 9) Thursdays and Sundays
Even numbered addresses may use water: (Addresses ending in 0, 2, 4, 6, 8) Wednesdays and Saturdays
Fire Pit Regulations ๐ฅ
Residential fire pits are permitted, as long as they comply with the MD Foothills Bylaw 17/2010 and owners receive written approval from the Board of the firepit design and location. According to County regulations, residential fire pits must be: minimum 6 inches non-combustible cover over ground; minimum 24 inch wide apron of non-combustible material; minimum 13 feet from all trees, (including overhanging branches) shrubs, RVโs, decks and patios; and have a steel fire spark arrestor over the fire pit. Private Fire Pits are not permitted on CLE common property.
The use of approved firepits is not allowed during County fire bans.
