Country Lane Estates is one of a few bare land condominiums in Alberta that cater to the recreational RV community. The condo consists of 290 individually owned RV lots, a beautiful 7000 square foot clubhouse with games room, great room for large groups or activities, a gym, playground, dog run, laundromat, lounge, pool, washrooms, showers and much more. The park is open from April 1st to October 31st and consists of a mix of RV’s and park models.

As an owner your annual fees include electricity, water, sewer, garbage removal and use of all facilities. The condo has lots of maintained green space that is shared for use. Some of the park activities organized by volunteers include daily walk-fit classes and aquasize, weekly jam sessions, crafting, poker and card games as well as special events such as dances, dinners, duck races and Stampede breakfast.
