For rent Lot 61

Corner lot next to green space with concrete pad and driveway. Includes Gazebo and shed. No grass to mow however renter is responsible for any weed control within rocks and next to concrete.

Rent is $7500 for the season. This includes utilities with a $100 allowance for electricity.  Anything over $100 is to the renter's account and needs to be paid upon invoicing.    Internet is up to the renter to secure and pay for.

$1100 deposit is required.  Deposit is non-refundable if renter chooses not to follow through with rental. Monthly payments are 1100 per month.  The final 2 months’ rent to be paid by Sept 1, 2026.
