The 2025 year has brought many changes in the park and lots of owners have done some amazing Lot Improvements.

Please note the new forms are now located here online and you can print the main form and review the information sheet for guidelines and Bylaw requirements for each Lot Improvement you are considering.

The process will be the same just more streamlined for each Improvement that you are considering.

The Architectural Committee will be preparing over the winter and be reviewing and helping with the Lot Improvements for the coming 2026 season.
